DEPOSIT

Two night minimum stay is required, except holidays require three days
minimum stay. Refundable 50% deposit on the rental fee is required to hold
reservation. Security Deposit of $500 refunded in FULL within 10 business
days of check-out, presuming no damages to the property which might require
a deduction and terms of the rental agreement have been met. The full rental
fee and Security Deposit must be received 30 days before check-in to hold
your space.

POLICIES

1. Check-in is anytime after 3 pm; Check-out is by 11 am.
2. The 50 % reservation deposit is fully-refundable, less a $50 cancellation
fee, should you cancel anytime prior to 30 days before check-in. For more
detailed cancellation information, including cancelling within 30 days of
check-in, please contact us.
3. We have a no pet policy out of consideration for future guest with allergies.
4. We have a no smoking policy out of consideration for future guests as well.
5. Our property is a private home in a country area with houses nearby-
quiet and respectful behavior is required.
6. Consent must be obtained for any gatherings or special events that
exceeds accomodations.
7. You must be atleast 21 years old to rent the lodge.
