2008 Daily and Weekly Rental Fees

Peak Rates *( April 1, 2008 - October 31, 2008)
         $220/weeknight (Sun-Thurs)
         $260/weekend (Fri-Sat)
         $1,400/week

Off-Peak Rates *( November 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009 )
         $185/weeknight (Sun.-Thurs)
         $220/weekend (Fri-Sat)
         $1,100/week

        11% Moultrie County Hotel Tax will be added,
        except for monthly (30 day) rentals.

VISA, Mastercard, checks

        * Peak season rates also apply to the following Major Holidays: New Year's,
        Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
        Three day minimum stay required during holidays.
